Naimah has always shown zeal and placed heavy emphasis on Training and Development. In her eagerness to see others discover their life's mission, her passion grew immensely and began to permeate throughout her life – personally and professionally. During this time, she began developing practical tools and strategic techniques to educate, strengthen, and activate others.

Naimah believes in the importance of discovering your true purpose and then pursuing what you have discovered – as long as it lies within the scope of TRUTH. Destiny should never be borrowed; it should be birthed! Unfortunately, some struggle either locating such a place or have difficulty understanding how to cultivate and maintain their footing in their new place of discovery. 

 

As a devoted wife, mother, pastor, educator, author, and entrepreneur, Naimah's mission is one of a change agent who serves and impacts lives by building, training, and activating others in their purpose. She began writing books and developing programs to educate and empower women, children, and leaders from diverse backgrounds. Her first published work, "A Woman's Guide and Workbook: The Journey of a Destiny Walker," is one of empowerment, healing, and deliverance for women.

Progress is a process, and throughout her journey, she has grown to understand the value of training and development in every area of life. Her academic and professional experiences helped birth fervency and a unique intelligence as a change agent. 

​

In addition to transforming lives through her writing, developing solid and prolific communicators became her mandate. iSpeak Confidently was birthed to educate and train leaders in communication and public speaking by providing profitable solutions to bridge the gap between competence and confidence. Naimah published her second children's book - Let's Work Together - to encourage youth to understand and appreciate the value of teamwork. Her first children's book Jeanie Leaf: The Plant Who Was Afraid To Grow encourages children to reject fear and embrace their uniqueness. She is also in the process of developing a public speaking training manual for ministry and professional leaders to educate and develop skilled and effective communicators.

*Naimah Ward received her Bachelor of Arts from Howard University (Washington, DC) in Communication with an emphasis in Television/Film Production. She received her Master of Arts from Montclair State University (Montclair, NJ) in Communication Studies & Organizational Development. She has over ten years of experience in teaching Communication  & Public Speaking. She has impacted many lives while teaching at Moravian University and Northampton Community College.
